I should clarify something:
You can demote and promote whoever you want, as long as it isn't deemed tanking/ect.
For example, I'm not going to let someone demote starters for lesser tier players.
No circumventing the 28 man roster rule. This means aren't allowed to, for example, send down 5 guys, and call up 5 different guys every day, or every other day.. None of that, that is cheating.
I have kept free movement that way you don't have to lose players to waivers. Just don't push anything, or I'll have to set limits if people don't follow this.
