Trade Committee: Troy (Toronto), Vik (Seattle), Dylan (Philly), Jeremy (Minnesota) , Matt (Chicago), Gregory (Houston), Daniel (Denver)
Trades - 3 Approves to pass, 3 vetoes to deny

- Trade Committee members will be required to give more than a few words for an explanation. A simple "Veto" will not due.
- We will not encourage vetos, but the rare trade will potentially need it.
- All leagues will be held on ESPN.
- All owners are responsible for maintaining team threads. (MLB, NFL, NBA Rosters/Transactions) You must keep these updated at all time or face consequences from the league.
- Owners are required to be interactive on the chatroll when logged in.
- Owners must respond to PM's and messages on the chatroll.
- Owners are encouraged to write stories, rumors, and news in the league wire thread. This adds an element to the league that enhances the experience.
- Owner activity is expected daily/bi-daily. Exceptions will be made.
- We ask that owners respect others thoughts and opinions. Debates and disagreements are expected, however order must be maintained.
Auctions:
- Rosters will be constructed via league wide auctions! Each sport will be done one at a time. Players will be bid upon in positional groups.
- Each bid must stand for 24 hours for the signing to become official.
- You will be required to sign at least 15 NFL players, 8 NBA players, and 24 MLB Players. You must fill all your starting lineup spots.
- All players will be eligible for the auctions except MLB players who haven't exceeded 50 IP, or 150 AB in a single season. They will be included in the MiLB draft.
- You may build any of your teams to your liking, however, if it is deemed you are building your team to tank, you will be abolished from the league.
- You may NEVER go over the cap to sign a player. You may not offer a contract if you to do not have the funds for it.
- The minimum starting bid is 0.5M
- The minimum bid increase is 0.1M
- The bidder with the highest average annual salary will be awarded the player after the bid stands for 24 hours. For example:
4 Years, 12M total = 3M average annual salary
3 Years, 6M total = 2M average annual salary
The 4 year contract would win due to the higher average annual salary.
Contract Limits:
Follow the guidelines for the limits on 5 year contracts for each league.
NFL:
- Maximum of 10 players can be signed to 5 year contracts
MLB:
- Maximum of 10 players can be signed to 5 year contracts
NBA:
- Maximum of 6 players can be signed to 5 year contracts
There are no other contract restrictions on years. This is to limit the number of players that are locked up long term to make sure free agency has a yearly dynamic in our league. These limits are for the auction process only. Once the auction ends, the contract restrictions are removed.
Minor League Draft:
The draft order will be determined by a random generator. There will be 35 rounds in snake draft format.
Rules:
- All minor leaguers are available for the draft as long as they have not surpassed 50 IP or 150 AB in a single season.
- International free agents who have signed before the start of the draft are eligible, as long as it was a minor league contract.
- If an international free agent signs during the middle of the draft, HE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO BE SELECTED. They must sign before the start of the draft.
- A loosely enforced time limit of 24 hours per pick will be in place for the draft. If it becomes a problem (multiple times of being late) for you not making your picks on time, you will be auto-selected after the 24 hours of being on the clock from the last pick. You may PM a list of players to a LM to ensure you will not miss your pick. If you do not pick in 48 hours you will be auto-selected regardless with the "best available player." - You will be given the best available player on MLB.com's top 100 list. If not applicable, it will be LM's disrection.
