Houston Trades: Kole Calhoun, OF, (6M 2019) to Atlanta Jhonny Peralta, SS, (3.5M 2016) to Atlanta Carlos Rodon, SP, PROSPECT to Atlanta
Atlanta Trades: Troy Tulowitzki, SS, (11M 2017 1M Paid 2015) to Houston Dan Vogelbach, 1B, PROSPECT to Houston
Astros accept.
Even if Tulo keeps up his GP streak, he's on a very reasonable contract which will not be a hindrance. He was the clear #1 fantasy player while active, so I think that giving a top 40 OF and top 12 prospect for him is an absolute steal, especially with his $$.
If it turns out that he is injured for the life of the contract, oh well. You have to take these kinds of risks to win.

I accept.
Losing Tulo defiantly hurts but I get I ok replacement back in Peralta. I love Rondon and think he could be a top of the line pitcher very soon. Plus Calhoun is a real solid outfielder that will boost my lineup.
