Houston Trades: Mike Trout, OF, (36.5M 2019) (6.5 Paid by HOU 2015 only) 2015 FYPD 1st HOU 2016 FYPD 1st ARI
Tampa Bay Trades: Edwin Encarnacion, 1B, (15M 2017) Kole Calhoun, OF, (6M 2019) Adam Wainwright, SP, (10M 2018)
Astros accept.
OK, so I had to make a market with no buyers. I never wanted either Stanton or Trout, and I know I needed *way* more depth than I started out with. So, in exchange for the most over-priced player, I get a top 8 player, Trout-lite, and a verifiable ace in Waino. Ultimately, I wasn't going to be able to get rid of Trout without adding the 1's, so I count that as a necessary sacrifice.
I got left with nothin but a Penny...so I had to learn to do it the Hardaway.

Accept.
Because Mike Trout.
Yes he's expensive, but he's a child and already the best player in baseball, and has put together a track record to show he's not only the best, but consistently so.

Barely approve, i think Houston is getting screwed in this deal, but its his team & the guys hes getting back arent too bad, just feel that he could have gotten alot more for Trout and 2 1st

I approve because;
I couldn't even be able to submit an offer for Trout, let alone one that brings back value. I just couldn't fit that player on my team with his future salaries. I'm sure many teams have the same issue.
I don't like HOU adding the 2 picks, but he gets back decent value. It's not Trout worthy, but probably a very good deal consider his limited market.
