PHI Trades: Zack Wheeler $35M/5 years ($7M per) $3M on Wheeler in 15 and 16
NYY Trades: David Buchanan $4.5M/3 years ($1.5M per) Miguel Almonte SP propspect Ryan Brett 2B propsect Braxton Davidson OF prospect
I accept. Although I like Wheeler I feel this offer is just too good to pass up. I'm a fan of Buchanan and I think he will be a steal on that contract and as most of you can tell my offense is lacking so I add 2 very solid hitting prospects and a top pitching prospect who can hopefully replace Wheelers production in a year or 2.

AAS: 7M for Wheeler, 1.5M for Buchanan.
I accept, it's a lot to give up, but none of those three prospects are in my top 5, and as much as I love Davidson and he'll probably be a stud knowing my luck, all of those guys are very risky, and I straight up love Wheeler. A rotation of him, Shields and Kuechel is very solid and I did it without giving up Goldschmidt or any of my young hitters. Very excited for this year.

Approve.
I like the Buchanan side much more. The phrase "good mechanics" should never be mentioned in the same breath as Wheeler. Don't think that Philly should have paid any part of that contract, though.
