The Twins have traded away James Shields and Dallas Kuechel to get Brett Lawrie, C.C. Sabathia, and Yadier Molina. Twins GM Jeremy Crouse said in an interview," we will miss Shields and Kuechel, but the players we get in this trade made us want to make this trade. This trade should help us this season to compete for a playoff berth & possibly make a deep run once we make playoffs.
